Online Support Groups

Computer Requirements

Participants enrolled in a TWC Online Support Group must have a Java capable and enabled web browser such as Internet Explorer and Netscape. Java is usually enabled in your Internet Options under the Tools menu (Windows and Microsoft Internet Explorer) or in your browser Preferences (Windows Netscape and all Macintosh browsers).

  • Recommended FREE Software - We recommend either Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher (download free version) or Netscape 6.2 or higher (download free version).
  • Windows XP users - Java is not installed by default on your computer, so if the Online Support Group does not work properly, you must download and install the Java software. Please consult your computer or software help for information about installing and configuring Java for your web browser.
  • Technical Help - Consult our technical support help page for suggestions on installing Java and which browsers are compatible.
